ie you gonna get hit how do you limit the damage the punch causes?
Should you make you neck and head as stiff as possible and go WITH the power with your hips/body?
Or is a stiff neck etc a bad idea? I know being blind sided sucks because theres 0 stifness in your neck, but also noobs tend to go stiff and take more of the impact than they have to, should it be in the middle?
