    also,
why do so many boxers do the "mayweather padwork" kinda ****? i been trying to understand the purpose behind those routines, dont quite get it lol

Left jab (stepping forward with front foot, as i'm short, i need to get inside everytime )
Right cross (i switch to southpaw after this usually)
Left hook to the body (switching to orhodox after this)
      Right Uppercut or hook

This is my favorite cause it's always works in sparring , switching stances seems like dangerous for most people but i think it works, at least , for me.

Did this combo hundreds times and still doing it.

      Second favorite is,
with code name "Pop Pop ****"
Pop means left jab with stepping forward , **** means right to the body or right hook or right uppercut, depends on distance

      Regards,

That's called shifting. Well at least if you are switching stances during the rotation for the punch. Generally you will only want to shift on a retreating opponent to cover the ground and attack as he retreats. If you are more skilled than the majority of your peers, you can use it while moving to an opponents side to gain position. If you can do it then all the power to ya but for someone coming into the sport, don't touch this until you have a good foundation.

By good foundation , you mean good "gym" ? Btw , yeah , i use it when i try to dominate the partner if i got no chance against him , i mean really no chance. I taking risk , yeah. But it's just sparring so taking a risk will not affect anything in really bad manner i think.
Umm whatever , thanks for...extra info

          Regards,

By good foundation I mean you have the basics down solid before moving into shifting. I'd question a trainer for not calling you out on it unless he's actually shown you how to do it. It's rarely used effectively now though some do (GGG) for the fact it is risky if you haven't spent time working on it.

Are you punching and then switching stance or are you doing a full rotation with your punch? It sounds like you are pretty effective with it which is good. It will catch a lot of guys off guard when you actually fight unless they've seen you spar. I like seeing guys using older techniques that you don't see as often. People might think that because the way things were done 100yrs ago is outdated however I've always felt like it is more of a lost art. Best of luck

                  !
Ok then..... jab, jab, big right hand, left hook to the nardz (for when the ref is on the other side). After the shot to the nardz you may want to throw in a head butt or two, just to make sure he's rocked from something. or even from both shots Talking badly about his momma/optional.
