Generally when the weight loss is involuntary and exceeds 22 pounds, you are advised to consult a doctor.
If you are overweight and are actually trying to lose weight I wouldn't go as far as to say it's unhealthy. Especially when you are really obese it isn't strange to lose weight a bit faster than the recommended 1 pound per week. Don't starve yourself however...

I think it depends on how you do it. If you do it by fasting, I would say yes it is unhealthy. If you eat well but have a strenuous exercise program and drop the weight it very well could be healthy, especially if you were carrying too much weight to start with.

It's close but I think it's fine. I'm 6'4 too so I can relate to gaining/dropping weight is on a bigger frame and I think that's something to consider too. Dropping weight on a bigger frame is always going to be faster.

The answer lies in how the weight was lost. Depending on the method, much of it could be water loss which ends up coming back (such as when someone starts out on an extremely low carb diet). If it was exercise and reasonable dieting, it's likely safe and won't return quickly. If it was something a bit extreme, there's not only a chance it's unhealthy, but you may find the lbs coming right back.
At any rate, now that you're losing weight, be sure to follow balanced diet and exercise practices in order to stay the course.

Depends on many factors, for one the way you lost that weight and also how much you weighed. The more excess fat/weight you have, the quicker it will fall off and then the progress will plateau.
