Hi everyone, I'm a total noob at boxing (I had 4 sessions in a gym before getting a shin splint or something, and never got back into it) away from home now and there are no pure boxing gyms nearby. My plan is to get in good enough physical condition independently that when I do get back home a few months from now, I can join a boxing gym and already be in good shape.
What kind of conditioning exercises do you guys usually do in your routine, and what would you recommend to a beginner with no boxing gym and no guide for technique? (There is a YMCA very close to me, so there's that)
