Not sure exactly what your routine is by your description but it doesnt seem like you overtraining.

Maybe try picking up the intensity of your workout or add some light days on top of what you are already doing to keep loose on your off days. Light days can be just as important as intense days.

      Dont forget to stretch.

I don't believe that 4.5 hours of training a week can ever be considered over training. Combined, my warm ups every week took as much time as your training took per week.

Plateaus, peeks and valleys my boy. You are in a valley at the time. I recommend 2 days of complete rest and then you come back to work out for an hour and forty five minutes or increase the intensity in your workouts. Or even increase days working out or all of them put together. You will find that you have actually grown. Growing is about working through the peaks, valleys and plateaus. The only ones who grow are the ones who persevere................

You don't give us a whole lot to go on but if you're running out of energy in a half an hour it could be you're dehydrated and need to drink more throughout the day and during your workout. I usually drink half a gallon of water over the course of an hour. It also beneficial to long workouts to eat a carb heavy meal an hour before you work out to increase your glycogen stores as well.

No such thing as over training IMO since it is so subjective. What's over training when your work out is probably some other dudes warm up right?.

The best bet is to just listen to your body so if you're too sore just take a day off.

You have to switch it up, doing the same thing gets boring and your body gets used to it..just try to switch it up, this is not over training just boring

Symptoms of overtraning are (among others): insomnia, no appetitie and elevated heartrate. Furthermore it entails actually going backwards in results in stead of not making progress. Whatever the reason for you getting to a plateau, I doubt it's overtraining as you say you sleep and eat welll and you don't mention anything like this.

Overtraining is often misused for not making progress, but is a bit more serious than that I believe.
