My trainer never really taught me to use it, but I gotta say it's an important punch in my repertoire. Very very useful when used and set up correctly. I've been sparring this pretty good amateur in my gym. He's 7-0. Real good fighter, orthodox guy. recently he's been imitating Ali and Sergio Martinez as far as dancing a lot and putting his hands down low.. I've noticed that mixing in right hooks in combination helps A LOT. It comes from an angle that most guys aren't really prepared for. Really helps when I'm trying to tee off on people.
