Does anyone here have any idea the concept of this drill done by Lomachenko ... says its a balance drill but I really dont understand the idea or how its done properly

he is throwing combos, changing elevation, defending all without losing his balance, notice how his base (feet) do not move at all, and are spread a part very wide to increase stability. He is training himself to keep this solid base at all times, when ever he performs an action, and ensure he will have solid stability.
