I have an amateur fight coming up in 20 days, training is going good and I feel relaxed since I have confidence in my preparation. However, how true is it that *** is bad for my legs. I just started living alone with my girl and you know how it is we're pretty much attached to each other by the genitals. So should I ease up on the love making or is this just an old school myth?
I don't think I've noticed any change in my sparring or overall performance in the gym, maybe I'm out of breath after every intense round but I can catch my breath pretty quickly.
