    Raw veggies foods

    Raw veggies foods are more effective for the weight loss. Eat fresh fruits and green vegetables such as apple, orange, g****fruit, berries, broccoli, cabbage, cucumber, spinach in raw form to reduce the weight. Water foods in shape of fruits juices, vegetables soups, green tea, and coffee etc. are also effective for the weight loss.
