So I can eat as much protein and fats as I want as long as I cut carbs and I'll lose fat?
The best way to enjoy your life and get lean is watch your calories, make sure you get adequate protein and bust your ass in the gym.
You don't need to be a macro magnet to "cut correctly".
I'm pretty happy with a months results posted right here, and I ate pretty freely.

Do you not find clothes a nightmare? I don't know about american sizes but when I cut I'm can fit into a 30 waist in jeans when I bulk I'm a size 34. I never have the discipline to keep myself down all year round, just summer, which isn't very long in England!
