I just got a pretty decent but cheap speed bag set and i am a beginner. it came with a plastic ball swivel with a triangle clip to put the bag on (kind of like an S-swivel with a clip). Is this a decent swivel for begginers? it seems hard to control and i know i am a beginner but are there better swivels out there for beginners?
