When I jump rope, I usually go from anywhere between 15 and 30 minutes. Several times during this routine, I lose rhythm, and have to start over. But, I keep my legs bouncing up and down the entire time. Normally within seconds I start swinging the rope again.
QUESTION:
In terms of how much time I actually exercised, does it still count as exercise as long as I keep my legs moving, or do I have to subtract all of the seconds that the rope wasn't moving?
