got a fight in two weeks time, Iīve been training hard for this fight for the last month/month and a half.
By training hard i mean 1h30 in the morning and 1 h at night, 5 days a week.
How should my training change from now till the bout?
Iīve been feeling a bit tired at night sessions in these days, maybe its cos i donīt use no protein shakes nor non of that stuff. I gotta loose 3kgs in 15 days which is easy as i lost about 4 kgs in a month without changing my diet that much, but I donīt want to get to the fight worn out. I wanna get there healthy and explosive. Iīm 1.75 by the way, and I gotta make 75 kgs.
