Stay away from that ****. Like Kid said, be sensible when you are trying to lose weight. Diet and training is what counts. I've done it all gents, and I can tell you robbing your body of that water that fast is not smart. When you are working out, rinse your mouth and spit, don't drink. That will help.

THAT REALLY DOES WORK I DONT KNOW WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT, I LOVE TO USE THE SAUNA SUITS IN THE SAUNA IT'S ALITTLE UNSAFE BECAUSE YOU LOSE SO MUCH OF THE BODIES WATER IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME BUT NO DOUBT YOU MAKE WEIGHT! I LIKE TO USE THEM WHEN I AM NOT IN NEED OF LOSING ALOT OF WEIGHT BUT JUST FOR RUNNING INCREASING THE SWEAT HELPS YOU OUT IN THE LONG RUN!

If you don't want to look like you're wearing a trashbag, and you believe in using the best equipment you can get, get a from SuperSaunaSuits.com. They only sell one kind right now, and it looks like a regular sweatsuit, and it ain't gonna rip or tear out in the crotch, or the armpits.

I wear a garbage bag sometimes when im running outside and its cold so i want to get warmer quickly. just put a shirt over it and tuck the bag into your shirts. this way noone will even know your wearing it.

I agree. I know boxers that swear by it. But all you are doing is losing water weight. You will put that back on as soon as you drink anything. If you don't drink anything, you will be dehydrated.

I think all a sauna suit is good for is training under harsh conditions. They should call it the portable Kronk.

The suits and trashbags do help. However, most of the people here are amature and probally will not see pro soon, if ever.

If you are an amature you should not need to be wearing these. They do nothing, as has been said, but shed water weight. You will put that back on as soon as you get home and drink some water. If you do not drink, you will dehydrate yourself.

Pro's use these before fights because they have 24 hours to replenish their body with proper nutrients and what have you before a fight. Amatures have maybe a few hours to do so. That is not enough time to rehydrate your body and get it in good standing, and prepared for a fight.

If you cannot make your weight comfertably as an amature, you need to move up a weight class. Dehydrating and starving your body is not for amature fighters.
