Slow yourself down and concentrate on your technique. Stop thrashing your arms about, you're not getting full extension on your punches, especially the right hand. Stick to the basics and don't rush everything.

Get yourself to a boxing gym if you don't already, if you carry on like this you're just gonna keep picking up bad habits.
