    Ross Training

Has anyone ever used the techniques of Ross training? or know if his site is beneficial?

Useful for what? To look like him? Then ya, probably.

To lose 40 lbs. in 3 months? I would do what Ricky Hatton does, since I'm sure Ross never had to do that.

To be able to swim like Michael Phelps? I would do what Michael Phelps does, since I'm sure Ross never had to do that.

Do specific ****, is my meaning.

Ross is a great guy, and I've been in contact with him a ton since my hand injury. He's helped me a bunch with pointers, exercises, advice, and people to talk to in order to get my hand back in fighting shape.

He is someone who speaks from experience, and does not pretend to know what he is talking about. I don't see how you could go wrong.

This summer I have been using HIIT (that I learned of through him) and I literally feel better than I have ever felt. OK maybe the best I have felt since college over 15 years ago. My body looks great, agile, stamina and explosive speed. The system that he pushes work - there is no doubt.

HIIT is very good for explosiveness, specially during amature rounds. Other then maybe little 2 mile runs, HIIT is what you want to work on during your entire work out, not JUST running! I've expressed this to amature fighters here many times. Glad you can see the benefits =)

For those of you that have had experience with his books, which one would be best for me to get first?
