      I was bad for having a pizza at least once a week.

      Not had pizza for nearly two months. Don't miss it that much.

            i Havnt had Soda in 5 years. I could care less. although in my Mid teens i drank it non-stop.

              Yeah, but you can still incorporate moderate junkfood into a healthy lifestyle.

              I'm a competitive boxer, and I allow myself some junkfood once a week as long as I'm not struggling to make weight for a fight. Junk foods are good, you have to enjoy yourself sometimes.

                I agree with that, once a week won't do anything bad, of course the more you get older the more you need to be careful. At 42, you can actually see your body changing and gain weight with each slices of pizza !

                  Personally I "relax" my diet one day a week, and let myself eat something bad for one meal... usually pizza. I'm such a ***** for peperonni pizza haha.

                  Especially as a naturally thinner guy, one "cheat" meal a week really isn't so bad, and it helps to keep you to a good clean diet I find. Very rarely is it that you find someone who keeps a perfect diet 24/7... but props to them
