You mean the one where you have to jab at and catch 10 leaves?

Are you serious? Or are you just trying to make me look dumb because I got this idea off an anime?

Yeah i was just joking off that you got the idea from an anime, though really its what every one does.

say i cant throw a 1-1-2-left hook-1 ill throw a bunch of 2-left hooks and left hooks-1's till i can put it all together and its smooth as a marble.

Then it hit me. That strategy that he's using to train himself ain't all that bad... That whole "If I can't do X, I'll have to do Y!" workout. I looked all over the internet to see if it was a real workout, and found nothing. So I'm not all that sure about trying out for myself. So I want your say in this.

But we need a name for this workout, so until we find out what it's really called, so I'll call it..... ERROR AND PUNISHMENT!!!

        ... What'd ya think?
There is a similar training program where there is one or two main exercises(eg squat and deadlift) that you want to improve, but if for example you cant squat 315, instead of killing yourself trying to do that you do 5-6 exercises each developing every muscle in the chain which produces squats. So, its sorta similar.
