Skipping in the morning instead of jogging?

    doing some running on a hot fresh weather is the best thing u can do,
    just get some good running shoes and the rest is up to u....
    i try to run 2x time in a week for 45-55 Minutes + 4-6 sprints at the end.
    but if my legs feel too heavy sometimes i just do some jump rope at home for 45-90 Minutes....
    both will help u to build some endurance/speed/stamina

        i don't really see the difference in timing? Don't you skip for as long as you jog if you were substituting?
