I do 70-100 squats every other day and i don't get sore anymore. I just recently started doing squats and started at 60 reps. I kept adding reps and today i hit the 100 mark, but i'm still not getting sore. Am i at least gaining strength?

If you aren't getting sore, your muscles are getting used to the amount your doing, you need to do more, increase it gradually and find your new threshold

you will gain strength, but the effect will be slow and minimal. more than anything you are building endurance. if you want strength in your legs do a 5x5 on squats or deadlifts and feel the difference
