    Busting A Nut

    Is it better to just not nut but like twice a week?

    Any health professionals here?

    Unless you're on steroids, if you're constantly sore and doing boxing training I heard it was best to just not nut. Heard you recover faster because of more testosterone in your system?

    Professional opinion please

    this one dude I know has zero motivation and I was trying to figure out his problem and I talked to a guy he was in the army with and told me the guy beats off six times a day


    im like **** no wonder where's your testosterone you can't jack off six times a day and stay tough

      Dude busting a nut releases testosterone into your system doesn't it? I believe what it actually depletes is serotonin... maybe I have it backwards not sure.

      Either way, 6 times a day IS too much I think its best to keep it at 2-3 times per week...

        Well I'm no expert but some study I remember reading said a man's need for *** kicks in about every 48 hours and that seems about right.

        However if I last without for about a week or two I feel I gotta helluva lot more energy in me. On the bad note, I get pissed off a lot easier also.

          Bustin a nut doesn't lower your testosterone I think it actually increases it. Saw a show on something like that.

            the reason mainly they say for boxers not too bust is simply this..i mean it may have some to do w test and all that but...busting actually strains the body more than one would think...next time u bust...c how weak ur legs feel its draining...thats the real reason...some boxers wont have *** month pryor to fight then again its like all things if u've been busting all time eventually ur body adapts to it..however b4 a big fight i would conserve all the energy and wait

                  hahahahahahaha were actually having a serious conversation about this!!!

                  I'd say don't do it before a fight or game, whatever your sport is. From my experience I feel the adrenaline building up day by day if I don't do it, I feel like that testosterone is just waiting to come out even if it doesn't actually release it, it feels like it, so when the time comes for a fight or something I got some much more adrenaline and energy to do my business.

                    It's about your legs, dont think it has nothing to do with testosterone. If your seriously training for a fight, when your not training you should be entirely focused on healing and building energy. I had one trainer who was from Mexico who said *** only once every two weeks while fighting.

                    If you really want to be technical, an experienced trainer will tell there fighter the day before the fight, not to even leave the bed.

                    A lot of it sounds crazy, but if you really want to be the best you can, you take any advantage there is.
