How to train for my first fight in 2 months

Hey, I am a 23 year old male, 5'8'', 195 lbs. I gonna fight in a toughman competition in 2 months because i need the money. I have no experience at all but I do lift weights and have always wanted to get into boxing. I want to drop down to 185 but not lose any muscle. Can someone please help me out?

Start doing short, intense heavy bag rounds. Won't loose any muscle. Look up proper punch technique and practice it on the heavy bag as much as possible. And if you can have a friend put some gloves on and throw punches at you. First problem beginers have is freezing up when the punches come.

Cardio, cardio, cardio. And keep your hands up. That will be enough to beat 90% of people with no real training.

Run sprints for cardio since the fight will probably only last a minute.

Ok, toughman. No one in that thing can fight, you just need to get FIT as all hell, and try to keep your hands up and keep some sort of technique, and you will do alright at that.

Ok, start eating a clean, wholesome diet. Lean meat, low fat dairy, cut the alcohol, smoking, lots of fruit/vegetables etc

Start running. If you are not used to running, start by jogging for 20 mins 3-4 times per week, then build up to 30 minutes. Then start doing sprints after 2-3 weeks. Do 200's,400's, 800's etc

        a routine could be:

warm up with jogging and stretching

4x400m 1 400m is oen lap of s tandard running track or failing that, a football field

        rest 5 mins

        4x200m 1 200 is half a lap

        rest 5 mins

4x100m one 100m is just straight up it

do that twice a week and then do a longer distance run 3-4 times a week. If you are already fit get straight into that, if you aren't build up to it over a few weeks.

And try to get down to a boxing gym to learn some basics on how to fight.
