    got hit on the back of the head sparring

    took three or four rounds for my vision to get back to normal, lose the blur/spots. my heads killing me right now.

    **** anyone who punches to the back of the head. that is all.

    Damn, how did that happen? Did you bend down low and cop one? Or did he pull your head down and then do it?

      idk dude tried to loop his right over my double jab and then spots appeared and things got blurry.

        Ah mate, poor guy! I've never had spots for more than 20 seconds or so. Thats horrible, I've seen some sick punches to the back of the head in the paid ranks. It is worse than a low blow, but you rarely see points deducted, or a five minute rest.......

            nah my visions already clear now my head just kills. I've been here before i just ****in hate when guys get cheap.

              Yeah, guys throwing low blows and hitting on the break in sparring is ridiculous, I never initiate it but if they do it to me they will get it right back.

                yeah i feel yah
                got hammerfisted by a noob on the back of the head, near the base of the skull
                it dropped me for a second
                like my system went for a reboot
                woke up when my knee hit the canvas
                was right back up but coach still made me take a minute to clear the cobwebs.
