First of all, as a new i want to make greeting to everyone on forum. So, hello everyone
I came here for some advices and hints cose im still amater. I hope this forum have big number of older experienced guys who can give help to young students like me.
So, now real reason i opened this thread:

Im 183 cm, 81 kg and (left handed) and on training i make sparring with bigger guys , about 190cm 93- 100 kg and i want to learn more attacking techniques for my boxing style. I like go forward , like to pressure, like short range combat but problem is to make shorter distance.......
Do anyone have some pdf book or something else that can show me some attacking hints, that i can train them by shaddow boxing ?

We're all get tired for few weeks of hard training. Which suplements are best for our sport ?
creatine + amino acids ? or.
