Scaphoid Bone Operation - Possible To Get It Full Strength Again

    Hey guys,

i had a scaphoid bone graft about 1.2 years ago and my wrist is strong but not 100pct it feels like 65pct compared to my left hand which feels like a block of iron, if i train my right wrist vigoriously and do alot alot of exercises and physio is it possible for it to get to 120pct strength. i also lost strength in my right arm all together because i was in a cast for about 4-6 months

and im currently boxing amatuer 79kilograms and when i hit the heavy bag at max power my wrist hurts abit and i strap it with tape + 2 hand wraps

Got the same operation done last year on my right wrist, ****ing thing takes ages to heal =[. Did a ton of hand grips, push ups and lifting small 1-5kgs weights as soon as the cast came off last September and its been as good as new since December. Last time I went the Physio I had 15 more pounds of pressure in the grip strength on my right hand then left. If you have a Tennis ball lying around its a good workout to squeeze that too.
