If your using running to burn fat then just run in the evenings after your days food intake. You'll burn hundreds of the days calories. Running in the mornings is great, but id focus that more for just increasing your cardio and not fat loss.

There's a lot of ppl who think running on an empty stomach in the morning helps you burn fat, that probably depends on the pace of your run.

I tend to switch it up; at times I ran first then eat or eat then run. If I run then eat I'm usually still awake so my metabo is still kicking for a few hours.

Im sure it does, however if your then consuming 2,000, 3,000+ calories the rest of the day, personally I think its better to run in the evening to get stuck into getting rid of them. This just works for me anyway.

No there's no difference between a full stomach and an empty one.

when you run your not going to immediately start burning what you just ate you burn from your glycogen stores. if you just spent the whole night refilling your glycogen stores resting your going to have tons fuel to burn before you start burning fat and at that point your probably going to start burning muscle just as much as your burning fat.
