    Advice wanted!

Being realistic, my long term goal is have some amateur fights. But I feel I'm a long way from it. I've been hitting the bag for cardio for the past few years, I'm 24. I've focused on compound lifts but they're trash compared to time I've spent in the gym. I've got a list of problems:

    1. Lower back pain on Romanian deadlifts and Squats.
    2. Can't keep my right leg planted on certain heavy lifts.
    3. Hand and foot cramps when increasing the weight for exercises such as Shrugs and Calf Raises. My left lat starts clicking on Lat Raises.
    4. Diet, I'm skinny fat.

I'm tired of mediocrity I really want to work hard and get shredded to the core. I'm willing to invest in a personal trainer and want to gain information about proper dieting.

Are you sure you have no problems with your bone structure or nervous system? I am not joking (and this is not necessarily as scary as it may sound). If you don't have any, then go for a trainer. Only a professional can see your movements and fix them if needed, give you nutritional advice and also monitor your progress.

This is actually quite difficult. However, you can incorporate single-leg exercises such as single-leg deadlifts, lunges, and step-ups to improve balance and strength in each leg. Creating a balanced plan is not easy.

This indicates that terms such as WOMEN, FUNGI, and GEESE might be acceptable Wordle solutions despite being plural nouns. Conversely, SHOES, BIKES, and RINGS will not be used as response words due to their termination in S or ES.

You gotta drop the weight then. And get skinny. Then get stronger. Your frame is struggling with the stress you are trying to put it under. Skinny fat is a sign of low testosterone, so start doing some hard leg workouts - long ones if anything - medium weight but punishing and repetitive. This should change your entire body composition.

Stay away from weights and develop the proper technique to get your power. Excessive muscle requires excessive oxygen which means you fatigue faster. The slimmer you are the better. Boxers need endurance. You get tired and your fked. Jogging, eating healthy, no drugs/ alcohol.

You're dealing with some form and mobility issues, along with diet concerns. Start by improving your technique, especially for deadlifts and squats, to avoid injury. Lower back pain could be caused by poor form or muscle imbalances, so focus on flexibility and mobility exercises. For cramps, ensure you're staying hydrated and getting enough electrolytes. If you can’t keep your leg planted during lifts, work on your stability and core strength. For your diet, getting lean and shredded requires focusing on a high-protein diet, managing calorie intake, and combining strength training with cardio.

I find the gameplay of very interesting, but sometimes the waiting time is a bit stressful. Does anyone have any tips to handle it better?
