Hey all. As a result of losing strength with age (34), I don't have anywhere near the same power as I did in my mid 20s,.despite being mechanically better these days.
The key factor is that I'm just plain weaker these days, physically. Even though I tried getting back to the same regime, it seems it's not enough to get the testosterone levels back to where they need to be.
Now my question concerns the jab and straight right, these shots are not very strong these days. My jab used to be very powerful, and a good measure of upperbody strength is the jab, so it make sense that this would leak the most. What can I do to get back to my old strength and get the power jab back? Or is it lost forever?
I also lost fast twitch muscle fiber. Can I regain that somehow by upping the training?
