I must have forgotten that I could win by decision, lmfao. Is that what you are implying?

When it was for a trophey I was happy to box a guy.

When it was for money, I wanted to catch the promoters eye and excite the crowd giving them a throw down fight to watch. Promoters will pay for crowd pleasers.

    I went after them.

    It worked.

If I couldn't drop them, and they had a respectable punch, than I boxed them.

Getting them out of there early, with your cash, is the way to do it.

Why would anybody believe that it is anything other than fight?

Because we had gloves on? .....................Rockin'

If that was the case Top Rank would have signed Zelenoff by now.

What I'm saying is that the sport of boxing has been ******ed by low IQ fighters and marketers. Its a sport. It should be fun and challenging, not deadly. Canelo vs Amir Khan is a good example of bad boxing. Canelo didn't have to knock Amir out.

The sport is low in overall talent at this time (generally speaking)

but other than that you speak like a guy that knows nothing about the professional sport of boxing.

Your deadly comment, I agree with. But sheet happens. People get killed watching car races. Again, sheet happens.

Your Canelo/Khan comment makes me want to tell you to grow some ballz.

I say that Khan should have moved his face out of the way of that shot that was incoming.

Go find a Knitting Forum and show 'em what you've got, Killa......................Rockin'

What does it matter if its low in talent. People should freely choose to participate in any sport that they want to. Many don't go into boxing because some people make it too dangerous.

To speak against the grain, means one have to understand the problem. Pretty sure I know boxing.

I agree that accidents happen. But in boxing people are getting hurt way too often for it to be considered accidental. Head hunting has become the name of the game.

I'd say Canelo shouldve used less power. If you can't control your extremities, you must be one clumsy dude. Canelo knocked Amir out by choice. People can take punches fairly well, but not one where you're going full power.

Like I said, if I wanted to get hurt, I'd just jump off a bridge. No need to box.

In what way is boxing not dangerous?

I highly recommend your bridge idea, doe.

And what's with your first paragraph? I only stated an observation and was not saying that anybody could not compete if they chose to.

You sound like a bout ******.....................Rockin'

i dont box. I follow boxing. Boxing was meant to be a sport, not a deadly duel(although some disputes were settled in the boxing ring). Professionally, you're suppose to score points by tagging the opponent, not knock them out.

I don't box for a living. Maybe you do. So you have a bigger responsible and the ability to change the SPORT for the better.

Again, if I wanted to box and hurt myself, I'd just go jump off a bridge. No need to box. I'd go into boxing for the spirit of physical fitness, not looking to hurt myself and others

I've lived it and you're ignorant as funk, not to mention a coddled puzzie.

Is somebody forcing these men to box or are they doing it by their free will? .....................Rockin'
