Glad you mentioned the bit about late night drinking, too. Everyone’s diff, but 4.30pm’s the absolute latest I can drink it, and then you simply have to empty your tank in its entirety, or else you’re left with lots of pent up energy at sleep time.

Alternatively, I’ve found lemon and ginger tea, with a half lemon squeezed in and extra side helpings of citrus fruit is useful for late evening sessions.
I'm so used to caffeine that it takes a lot to get me hyper when I feel tired

Where is Chris Rock in your P4P Top 10! Where is Chris Rock in my P4P top10? Are we both underestimating Chris Rock? I really want him in there, but can he really beat Alen Babic, McCain Oven Fries or Fray Bentos? Nash out.

Chris Rock and Will Smith got ruled a No contest due to Smith’s diuretic positive. Rock now faces a Final eliminator with Terry Silver from Karate Kid 3 to get into the list.

But **** me, Ruben de la red?! Now there’s a name I haven’t heard in a while.

Fray Bentos should probably be no.1; didn’t he take down a whole government?

Fray Bentos has just entered my ranking, but he may rise. And yes, the same, for some reason Ruben De La Red just came back to me. Real Madrid and Spain, but had to retire very young. Nash out.

I drink these 3 massive cups a day, like the equivalent of 6 cups

I honestly can’t remember watching him play now, it was so long ago, but if he’s anything like most Real Madrid and Barca players of the time, e.g. on the floor for several minutes if someone, somewhere sneezes, then that’s some brilliant p4p ****housery you’ve got going on there.

Even looking at Big Mullet Bri’s big mullet would cause half of el clįsico to stumble over, and they’re the kinds of guys you want in a pound-for-pound list

Sutherland has been on, but Nash heard a rumour that he has not had a street fight in over 2 years. Inactivity, removed. De La Red was a top prospect. Had a few caps for Spain and in Madrid's team, but collapsed on the pitch, when he was 23 or so. He tried to come back for a couple of years, never played though, then was told he should retire.

Oh, my P4P list, whilst it can be debated, it fantastic. McCain Oven Fries is a new entry. Been in really good form lately. Nash out.

                      Which? Donald?

I remember when I watched De La Red thinking he was class, just cannot actually remember what he played like bizarrely enough. Yeah, he almost certainly would have been in the world class bracket now. The heart problem was a damn shame.
