After almost a year of boxing, I was taught to keep my back straight, remain upright and bend at the knees only. After coming across this video of Tom yankello, he claims that a boxing stance is similar to a golf stance, where you tilt your upper body/back over slightly. Have I been doing this wrong in remaining upright? Is there any benefits in what Tom is saying/teaching in this video?
