    Just used a sauna suit for the first time

    loved it.

    Doesn't even feel like your sweating that much, then you take it off and your drenched. Got down to 124 pounds after a light workout followed by a run. Re-hydrated and I'm 127.5 right now.

    I know a lot of people say these are only good for right before a fight to make weight, but I disagree. Why not enhance your workout and sweat more than you usually do. I got my own techniques with this thing, it's going to work wonders.

    it doesnt work, all your doing is loosing water weight. and as soon as you rehydrate the water you lost comes back.

    if you want to sweat more then up your workout intensity.

    whats gonna happen is your gonna have a heat stroke and not even notice until you recover from the heat stroke.

        My workouts are intense as hell I can't up them any more. I'm not gonna wear the suit when I'm going all out obviously.

        When I'm doing light workouts, shadow boxing, and running I will wear the suit. As I said, I have my own techniques I will do with this thing.

        and it does work. worked great.

              That'd be cool man. Seriously not on some ****y ****. Where in Boston and what gym?

              What weight are you? And do you have some other guys at your gym around 141, 152? I'll go up there with a few of my buddies.

                  I am 5'10 150Lbs. I just moved here from northren MA and I dont have a legit boxing gym here, although my gym has a several heavy bags, speed bags double end, medicine balls, ropes, kettle bells. everything really cept a ring. You can't spar there. Theres a few legit boxing gyms in the area but ive heard nothing good about them.

                    Your kind of big for me, I'm a 125 pounder and I'm like 5'7, but we could still make it happen it's only sparring. If you can find a place to spar, let me know. I'd love to go out there and get some work in.
