    Sprinting or Jogging,which is better

    When I look at sprinters they are well built,muscular with symetric bodies.
    Look at the long distance runners,they are thin but not really well defined because they burn protein and not fat.

    If you are training is it better to do jogging for whatever miles you want or it's better to do short sprints like in a park?

    Do both

    long distance running is better for maintaining or achieving a low body fat and to stay inside your weight class

    sprints and intervals are better for your actual boxing fitness

    i do sprints/interval stuff 1-2 times per week, and just normal runs of varying distance and speed about 3-5 times per week

      what do you want to train quickness or stamina?

      stamina - jogging
      quickness - sprinting

          Both have it's place, but I like sprinting more.

            Sprinters don't get their body from just sprinting. Both forms of training or beneficial.

                I would do both at the same time. I would do a 5 mile run and I have 10 sprints sprinkled in their.
