        From my knowledge of general training, Interval cardio will help you shed fat faster especially if you use a heart monitor and figure your Targer HR and work from there. A long range cardio on a steady pace you will lose fat but not as fast and you will loose a little more muscle. But there is still a lot of debate on this topic of High intensity cardio ( interval) and Low intensity Cardio.

          all this talk about running is making me think about Roping, how is skipping rope for the whole fat burning ? more similar to spinting im assuming ? can i get the 411?
