    Ultimate Workout Thread

    Hi.

    I thought it would be very helpful to create such a thread to complete a list of workouts. So post workouts of famous Boxers here.

          45 min run 15 min swim
          weights 3 times a week
          30 rounds of sparing over the duration of training (per fight)
          yoga and pilates once a week.
          sorry it is not verry acurate but he probably did heavy bag, speed bag and pads

                    10 min skipping
                    3-3 min rounds shadow boxing
                    4-15x3 min rounds body bag depending on progress in camp (his trainer has a thick vest on and punch pads and they throw punches at each other)
                    4-3 min rounds bag bar (hitting a heavy bag for 3 min and then jumping over a bar that is about half his size)
                    then weights (i posted his weight training routine on another thread)
