I have been drinking since i was 15. Never gone longer then 2 weeks without drinking. Also smoked here and there only like a cig a week. My bro got a dui this passed week and i was with him and now i can't drink because he's always with me and he drives but now he can't drive. Now me and him have game up both things. I been lifting weights 4 times a week,running and hitting the bag for about 20 min 2-3 times a week. I'm muscular got big arms,pecks shoulders but got the beer belly still. I wanna lose the fat by running and boxing while still lifting, but losing the gut is my main concern. So i wanna ask you guys what should i eat and what are some of your regiments you have used to lost the stomach. Also how often should i run. THX guys it won't be easy but i gotta do it

first try skipping for 10 min before every workout if you don't want to run a lot
don't eat any carbs for 6 hrs before you go to sleep.
Those should start you off.
Me, I keep the little gut cuz I drink and eat a lot, but I train and workout a ton, as long as I know im in shape and sharp, I don't give a damn.

The main thing is to be consistent - with you training and with your diet. Looking after your health and fitness needs to be like another fulltime job. You are gonna have to find substitutes for the fun you were having by drinking. It takes a while. Only now I can comfortably go out to a bar or club and have a good time without having a beer in my hand.
Eat natural wholesome foods, watch the fat but dont cut it out completely. Keep training, do lots of running and the belly will go.

thx guys for your help im currently at my boys. I would be drinking right now but i got my water next to me. I started roping some days instead of running. The hardest part is not eating late but looks like a i gotta do it. I'm only gonna have 2 meals where i eat what i want 1 sat other sun and all the others heat healthy...WHAT DO YOU GUYS RECOMMEND ME EATING IF IM REALLY HUNGRY BEFORE SLEEPING? MAYBE FRUIT,BANANA?

Eating carbs late is more of a myth than anything; losing fat is entirely using more than you put in: you could eat 30 burgers a day and still lose weight as long as you used more calories than was in those burgers.
HIIT is fantastic for fat loss, as is weight training: they both create a boost in metabolism long after the exercise finishes.
Drink 2 glasses of ice cold water between every meal.
Boost your protein intake, your body cant lay down excess protein as fat and it also expends a lot of energy breaking it down. Make your last meal of the day all protein if you can; cottage cheese, meats, whey shake, eggs etc.
