I live in the Pacific Northwest. My house is in a microclimate near the Olympic Peninsula -- which is technically a rainforest, BTW -- and around these parts it rains on average 300 days a year. It rarely rains hard, but it seems like it's always foggy, misty, or drizzling. (We say, "It never rains, but it never stops.") Today it's 74 and overcast with a light drizzle from time to time. Great wood-splitting weather.
I have two, 5000mm-waterproof track suits, because one is always in the wash.
UnderArmor socks under cotton socks help keep wet feet from getting blisters, BTW.
I like running in the rain. I think it feels good and helps me stay cool.
I live in New England....we've been getting rain all god damn summer. **** the whole month of June we only got like 5 days it didn't rain.
But when its lightning.....*** that. I was running a few weeks ago and it started to thunder and lightning. I was so far from home too when it started I was scared ****less lol.
