    Losing weight rapidly

On sunday I stepped on the scales 15 st 14 lbs (about 223 lbs)

I decide to stop being a fat ****ing ****er and get back to teh boxing training you fat ****ing peice of ****ing ****, **** you etc. Gave up smoking too.

Now it's thursday and after about 40 mins of hard training a day and watching what I eat, I'm now 15st 3lbs (about 212 lbs) losing around 2 lbs after the workout and waking up a lb lighter every morning.

Basically, I'm pretty sure I'm gonna hit 14 st 12 lbs or so (about 207 lbs) by the end of the week.

That's a loss of 16 lbs in seven days!

If I continue like this (and I think I could), I would have dropped 32 lbs in two weeks?????!!!!?!?!?!!?!

Now I should mention that I did this a few years ago, and dropped a lot of weight when I was preparing myself to start boxing training, but not this much and not so fast.

I should be happy, but something tells me I'm doing something wrong and I'm gonna balloon up if I consume a single burger.

I was thinking maybe it's water weight, but that's a lot of water weight isn't it?

could just be your losing water retention weight. when you dont eat or live a healthy lifestyle one tends to retain a lot more water. if you feel fine then good for you but generally its not healthy to lose more then 2-4lbs a week of actual fat. you'll probably taper off and youll see actual weight to begin to shed off slowly in the 2-4lb range of fat as long as you eat right and workout. if boxing is the only thing your doing then yeah youll probably gain the weight back really fast when you dont keep up with the workouts and diet just because boxing is mainly a cardio thing. it also depends on your genes too just because some people are naturally skinny. if you want to keep the weight off and give your self some cheating food every now and then you gotta hit the weights and put on a little bit of muscle throughout your body.
