How to get a flat stomach

Ok guys so i have been lifting, boxing and running for a while now.boxing and running 3 months. But lifting 7 months. I have been eating right and has shown. But i cant lose that little chuck liddel stomach right on top of where your stomach starts. Do i just keep running as much as i can? Throw on the sweaters and run my ass off? It's like the top 2 abdominal's that just look like a little as belly

Well, fat loss starts at the extremities an works its way inwards; os basically from fingers and toes right to the last part youre talking about. On top of this, the lower your bf gets the more reluctant your body is to lose it, so getting rid of stomach fat is a long and hard process.

Keep doing what youre doing, add in some HIIT (always worked wonders for me) and it'll go. That the key here - consistency - it WILL go, you just have to keep going.

the only way to increase the speed at burning fat to lower your bf% is to eat your 5-6 small meals consisting of the lowest amount of kcals a day depending on your workout load. sweat suits dont really help you lose body fat. all that does is make you lose water weight. get a body fat test done to see where your at. run your 3+ miles 3x+ a week and your boxing training and your isolation weight lifting and youll definitely drop your body fat %. there is no set rule to where body fat is lost first. thats why you cant really target areas with fat by doing say situps to lower your belly fat. your body will lose it however way it loses it and all you can do is the work needed until you get to where you want to be.

Stationary bike, sprint, long distance run/jogging, swim, hike, walk, run backwards, walk backwards, kickbox, rowing machines, cross country ski, basketball, racquetball, tennis, football drills, marathon f@ck your old lady, all different forms of resistance training mixed in with aerobic exercises etc.
Do as many different activities as you can then let us know how quickly it disappears. Mix it up, and NEVER do the same thing over, and over again.

It isn't fat, it's just that you haven't trained those particular muscles to be 'flat'..(or they aren't naturally flat/straight) there's a technique called the "Stomach vacuum", i've heard it works, try it out.

really? ive honestly never heard of that before if you can post a link. you dont train your abs to be flat because they are always rigid even if youve never trained them in your life. drop your body fat % and they will show up even without doing situps or resistance training. btw original poster what is our bf%?
