When the bags leather gets worn out some put tape around it. or if the bag has a small tear or hole

I love it when bags have the tape on them for some reason, I always used to picture a boxing gym being a tucked away dark room which is all kind of run down. When I went into my first gym it was exactly that, came back and went to the one by my home, when not at uni, and its somewhat similar but the equipment is much better. When I went back to Uni, I went back to the gym near by and it'd been done up, didn't really like it being all colourful and new haha.
