Shadow boxing is a very personal matter. There is no right or wrong way of doing it. Some guys like to use full body motion, others do minimal movements. The main issue is the mind not the body. Essentially what you are doing is running the mental images of the drills, or key sequences which you have observed. For example both last night Sam Peter and Eddie Chambers made lots of mistakes. If you are observant some of the mistakes will stand out in your mind. You can act out those mistakes through shadow boxing, what they did and what they should have done.

          Thanks potatoes.
I'm just wondering if there are any blatant mistakes.

It's more of an example of what I can do. Handspeed n' stuffs.

Anyway I'm not really interested in how gay I look. I'm interested in if I'm making any mistakes while throwing my punches. Thanks.

I've only got 80 seconds recording on my camera that's why it's cut.

Tips - go to a boxing gym, your trainer will tell you the mistakes you make.

I do go to a gym. I'm just asking you guys, I hate my trainer, I think he's inexperienced. I see other members making mistakes and he doesn't even say anything to them. Sometimes I feel like I'm the trainer.
