First off, if you have any videos of what you consider 'Perfect' or as close as you can find to perfect heavybag skills then I'd love to see them.
However, I've been boxing for quite a long time now and I've realised people even at top level still have much different styles of hitting the bag. I'm just curious to which is most effective.. Keeping your distance and working the reach and ful extension and preventing bag swing.. Or hammering the bag from close and far distances not worrying about the swing. Are they both correct? Or are they both done for different reasons?.. Help me out.
