I'm fighting muay thai this weekend myself.
            It's more of an interclub.
            Elbows are out.
Not even sure about knees to the head (probably won't do them out of sportsmanship).

Good luck to you on your fight
You guys get to do a Ram Muay?
We're probably just going to do one at the beginning of the event because of time constraints.

Hope you don't mind me asking, but who's your coach?
A lot of the UK muay thai scene post on axkickboxing.com - like Sandy Holt and those guys.

            Any favorite technique/combo?

i tried sparr with muythai last month just for fun, but my partner kneed me in the head when we was clinching i almost drop and that was the hardest shot i took so far the punches never had that power the knee strike had.

Had sparring last nite, everythin was well, then we got our 30seconds knock each other out bit and a beat the guy up a bit, so then trainer told me to stay in and for the next 3 guys coming in they had 40seconds to try knock me out and i had to use head movement and feet to move away, got a few marks but all good.

Hard training Easyer fighting man lol
