I would be careful with weed and keep it to a minimal... I notice an improvement in my stamina and reflexes when i dont smoke it as much. I wasnt a naturally gifted athlete though...I had to work to get everything I got. Some athletes can get away with it...
If you had to rate them as what would be worse then I would say cigarette smoking. However, this depends how much weed you smoke too. Both are going to be detrimental to your lungs and how much O2 your able to take in during a fight. *** can be bad too. Too much WILL weaken the legs. It's all about dicipline and balance. Hold off on se and "self-gratification for a month and watch how focused you become in the ring (holding off will be tougher than the non-smoking...lol).
If you really have the urge to smoke while you train try smokeless tobacco (dip). You will be able to lose some weight too. Just watch it because the stuff is more addicting than cigarettes.

And if I'm not mistaken they both filter through your lungs killing cells and prohibiting you from breathing correctly. Not to mention for many people weed cause physiological as well as psychological problems like lack of concentration and motivation. We can go back and forth if youd like but I'm a clinical psychologist by day who deals with substance use/abuse issues but go ahead and take your best shot if you'd like.

cigs are not good. i would limit them to no more than 2 per day. they are not good.
weed, it depends on the kind. and the way it is smoked. a good cured weed through a vaporizer can help u - as long as u take no more than a single small hit. it can help with small pains like taking an aspirin. but at a 1 hit maximum, will not scrw your lungs or judgement.
*** will be bad unless u wait a day to spar. but if u have *** for 4 or 5 consecutive days, then wait 3 days to spar or workout.
again, i know people in medial school and my mom worked in a hospital. i even rermember reading in the Nurses Journal that weed is comparable to the effects of aspirin for pain and can have virtually no effects if taken in the right manner.

actually, it sounds like u never read a medical journal. no smoke is good for your lungs, but tobacco inhibits coughing which is the mechansim that clears lung fluid. weed, opens the bronchial tubes allowing you to get rid of such pollution to the body.
for weed, i just recommend less than 3 hits(actually no more than 1 hit) and think anything more is either a waste or reckless. but i wont judge people for their habits,. id rather see smoking than drinking.
and u should read tests from other countries, not the BS influenced tests from america.

Getting into an argument with someone who isn't a doctor, nurse, any type of counselor , and not a part of any medical field is ludacris. Your mommy is? So. Are you? Holding onto coatails doesn't count kid. Go to school and earn a degree and then we can talk. It's good that you, being a medical expert and reading many medical journals on the subject are making recomendations. Can you reference the journals you have read on the subject so I can read them too? Seriously. I want to read what you have read. But if your source is not legitimate don't send it because I am not going to read trash of of some website.
