    Spinnakers get into shape thread!!!

    Here's the deal!!

    I am currently 220lbs and need to be down to atleast 203 in 6 weeks. I think I know what my downfalls are (eating late at night & letting too many fatty foods creep in) so i'm going to cut that out and start running every morning. I already run about 10-15 miles a week but i'm going to step that up to 20-25 (3-5miles per day).

    I will be updating this every week to let you know how i'm doing and would really appreciate any advice on dieting or the best times to exercise and things like that, or anything else you think might help.

    Also if anybody wants to join me and see if the can drop a bit of weight or cut up over the next few weeks then feel free.
