Losing fat fast. What's your routine?

Hit the nordic trac homey. That **** burns fat like no other. After Thanksgiving, a wedding, or any other big food occasion that lasts over a period of time, I hit that thing and it trims the fat like crazy. Also, while you're puttin time in on a nordic trac or some equivalent machine, lay off the bread and pop. Exercisin a couple hrs a day without takin in a lotta carbs will drop pounds of fat like whoa homey. Whenever I felt like trimmin some fat quick, I find the machines help a lot more than just doin the crunches, runnin, etc.Last edited by MANGLER; 09-27-2008, 10:15 AM.

Cut the carbs out of your diet, eat a lot of protein and fat, and do HIIT training 2 times a week
