Just do press ups all the time and make sure your eating high protein foods and loads of potatoes, I know people go on about doing it at specific times and rep amounts and stuff, But i just do press ups when im bored and there's **** all else to do ... Do some squats and crunches as well though so you don't look weird.

If its straight bulk youre looking for you want to be doing 3-5 sets of 8-12 reps using weights that are 75% of your maximum lift potential. You want to be doing compound movements [multiple muscle groups and joints] rather than isolation exercises [focusing on individual muscles].
You need to increase your calorific and protein intake; aim for a gram of protein per pound of body mass, and 3500+ in terms of calories. Both can be attained through supplements such as whey protein and things like nuts, cottage cheese, lean meats etc.
Best way is to take this advice on board then refine it; get some ****sines, read some forums etc. Some things work better for others so tweak things until they work for you.
To maximise potential and reduce injuries and whatnot you REALLy need to have correct form and technique, I cannot stress this enough.
If youre aiming to bulk up fast seach for the 'supersquats' regime; you cna pack on 20-30 lbs in 6 weeks on it, though your fat levels will increase also.

Pull ups would help alot. Pressups would also help. Crunches, Leg raises, Sit ups, Chin ups. You might only gain 10 pounds of muscle in half a year doing something like this though. And that 10 pounds is noob gain, if you want to seriously build muscle lift weights. I might consider lifting weights to get into Heavyweight.
