    Should i go?

    I got my MA club to go to in 15 hours and im currently suffering/recovering from a cold which includes, sore throat and a stuffed nose..

    Should i try going or stay home and rest? Had the cold for around 3-5 days and its starting to wear off..my only real problem atm is the coughing.. Advice needid please.

    go but hold back, don't expect much from yourself.

      I would say no, stay home and rest, its frustrating but if you train like that you can easily get worse. I just had 2 weeks off with a cold, was doing weights but no hard training but feel great now and started back on friday.
