i drink a whey protein shake with milk after working out. i'll also eat a bananna or something or a salad and count that as my lunch. it fills me up. i eat like oatmeal and oj in the morning. dinner i go with 2 chicken breasts, a salad and some kind of fruit.
its a very boring meal but it works for me. i allow myself to cheat a little on the weekends...

2) You don't see people eating a bunch of green leafy vegetables to get huge do you? You see steaks, chicken, tuna, etc etc. You don't eat hair to grow hair, but you eat protein to build/repair muscle. Which steak, chicken, tuna, etc etc just so happens to have a good amount of protein.
It is meant for the calfs to grow. Just because they drink it doesn't mean we shouldn't. Calfs grow to be huge cows from drinking their mom's milk and eating grass. I wonder which one it is.
How can muscle look more natural? I can understand if they are using steroids, but i'm talking about all natural bodybuilders that eat meat etc etc but don't take steroids. Compare them to vegan ones.
proof
look at gorillas
i understand that you eat protein to get big...but eating dead animal flesh isnt protein...its dead flesh...with parasites...aminos are protein..
i dont understand whats so hard about this.. a cow produces milk for her baby...like a womans breast produces milk for her baby...cows dont drink breast milk from women and the same is meant to be vica versa...the dairy industry is in it for money...if you are a track athelete you cant even use dairy because besides creating mucus in your respitory tract...it produces uric acid in your bones and muscles causing bones to break down and muscle to break down..
what i mean by natural muscles is really a more natural build...long lean muscles and next to no body fat because the diet has no starch or bad fats..
kenny williams is a moderatly famous vegan bodybuilder...you should look him upLast edited by Natterner; 07-19-2008, 04:43 PM.
