Is hitting the heavy bag everyday for the same rounds (sometimes up it some) for say, a year, get you stronger or will you eventually peak and then hitting the heavy bag just keeps your strength.
I know it's suppose to increase your punching power (and many other things, but i'm focusing on power), so saying you hit harder and then you keep hitting it as hard as you can, progressively you'll increase your punching power for a whole year?
